The core of this technology lies in its unique process. First, the tire spinning machine separates and collects the wire rings, and then the twin-shaft shredder coarsely breaks the tires into rubber pieces. The disc screen ensures the purity of the material, while the steel wire separator achieves complete separation of rubber particles and steel wires. It is further purified by a magnetic separator and finely crushed by a single-shaft fine crusher. Finally, the grinding system grinds the rubber particles into high-quality rubber powder to meet the production needs of rubber products.
